Our Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions listed below apply to the sale and purchase of goods between yourself, the customer and ‘Go Raw Ltd’. Upon placing an order with us, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Please familiarise yourself with them, they do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

1. Product availability, pricing and ordering
All orders placed via the website are subject to our approval and availability. Prices and product descriptions are correct at the time of publication on our website.

We make every effort to make sure this information is kept up to date and that all descriptions, including images, denote an accurate representation of the goods you will receive.  However, please bear in mind ingredients, prices and the type of packaging may have recently been changed by the supplier. It remains the responsibility of the purchaser to check the ingredients against information published by the supplier/manufacturer prior to purchase.

Please note also that images are for illustrative purposes and there may be variations in colour between the image of the product and those sold. Due to the type of the foodstuffs being natural in composition, there may be variations between the appearance of batches also. There may also be minor % variances in size/weight/volume between dried and frozen goods and their packaging and description.

Prices advertised are in (GBP £) and where appropriate, are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and apply to products for sale on this website only.
Should there be an error with the price or issue with the availability of any of the products at the time of order, you will be notified as soon as possible to enable you to change, amend or cancel all or part of your order, or for us to substitute items to make up the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the order by us within 24 hrs. Should you not receive a confirmation email then please contact us by phone on the next working day.
If you have chosen local delivery these costs will be calculated and added subsequently, although an approximate indication will be provided at the time of order on the website.

You will be notified when the order is picked and packed and ready for either collection or delivery as per your order.

2. Delivery and collection
Delivery is offered locally only and a map of the area is shown on the ‘Delivery’ page. Should you have any questions about your eligibility for delivery, please check with us first by phone or email.
Deliveries are made on a Monday once a week currently, with the exception of bank holidays where they are moved to the next working day, Tuesday. Orders need to be placed before 12.00 noon on the Friday before to be eligible. Orders received after this time may roll over to the following week.

Customers need to ensure that deliveries can be received by themselves or a designated signatory and have the responsibility of checking the goods at the time of receipt of the delivery.

You will be notified of a delivery time slot prior to the delivery date and a reminder will be sent out by the driver on the day with a more accurate time, when on the move, but cannot be guaranteed. If this is not suitable then it can be rearranged prior to the day. Please reply to the email or text message if you are unable to make the original designated time slot prior to the delivery day. Changes to delivery slots cannot be made once the goods are in transit. It remains the responsibility of you the customer to be able to receive goods as arranged at the time and to the address provided. If you are unable to sign for your order and it is brought back to our depot, it becomes your responsibility to arrange collection of the order or arrange another delivery day/date. Any additional costs involved in the re-distribution of orders are the responsibility of you the purchaser.

We have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any goods caused by any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to; strikes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire or accident.

Orders are only ready for collection once the purchaser has received confirmation notification by email that they are ready for collection. To avoid a wasted journey please wait for your confirmation email confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please check your Junk Folder, if you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs of us receiving the order then please contact us at Go Raw Ltd by telephone on the next available working day.

Products will be packed in recyclable cardboard boxes for collection and delivery. Deliveries are packed and transported in cool bags and delivered within a short period of time to ensure the products remain suitably insulated and arrive with you frozen. In warmer conditions or under other circumstances orders may be packaged in polystyrene boxes to ensure goods remain effectively frozen.  All treats, accessories and supplements are stored and transported at an ambient temperature.

Orders collected in store must be checked by you, the customer, prior to payment. We do not accept claims for missing items after you have left the premises.

3. Payment and personal information
Payment for orders should be made upon request by debit or credit card and is via our secure online environment. You will receive a request for payment via email. Should payment not be made within 7 days, the order will be cancelled by us. Orders will not be dispatched unless payment is made. Orders being collected can be paid for in advance or at the time of collection in store.

Go Raw Ltd respects and values the privacy of our customers. We do not collect or store any of your payment information ourselves. Payment details used on the website are PCI compliant.

All other personal information used, is collected, stored and processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. We only collect the data required for customers to place an order with us and deliveries to be made to them. It remains your responsibility to ensure that personal information provided by you is accurate, up to date and kept confidential.

No financial information is retained when purchases are made in store or over the phone.

Should we need to update or change this policy, for example if the law changes, those changes made will be displayed here.

4. Returns and refunds
Frozen products are received, stored and dispatched having been maintained at the correct temperatures and in line with regulatory recommendations and requirements. As such, once frozen products have been purchased and accepted by you, the customer, whether in store or via delivery, they cannot be returned. This does not affect your legal and statutory rights.

If you find subsequently however that goods are faulty, notify us by phone within 30 days of making the purchase, please take photographs, proof of purchase will also be required. Please make sure goods are in the original packaging and in the case of treats and supplements where possible, unopened. This does not include goods you no longer require or have purchased by mistake and do not want.

In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty and an exchange is necessary, then we will arrange this with you, within a reasonable timeframe, with a suitable alternative free of charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched or issued until the original goods have been returned, checked and an exchange agreed and authorised. If no suitable alternative item is available a refund may be offered at our discretion. The cost of returning faulty goods remains your responsibility. It is important you check the goods when collecting and receiving deliveries to ensure they are in the expected condition and as ordered. We do not guarantee disposal of fauty goods but will endeavour to do so where possible.
5. Loyalty scheme and promotions
We operate a loyalty scheme at Go Raw Ltd and this is available for purchases made in store only. Stamps are not given on orders placed on the website or over the phone. Deals for bulk purchases are available through the website as well as in store. Details of individual promotions will be published at the time.
6. Copyright and trademark
The contents of this website are owned and operated by Go Raw Ltd. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights are either owned by us or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. All rights reserved. The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of part or all of the material on this website is expressly prohibited, save that you may;

Copy, print or download extracts of the material on this website for the purpose of making a purchase with Go Raw Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and in using this website you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
